Please call the office to set your initial appointment. We can answer your questions about fees, insurance benefits, etc. and can also assist you in choosing the right counselor for your particular needs, preferences, and circumstances.
NOTICE:
A $75 "no show" or "late cancellation" fee will be assessed for appointments not attended, nor canceled with at least 24 hours notice. This fee is not billable to insurance. If you must cancel or change your appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance to avoid this charge.
Scheduling online requires credit/debit card information. The information is securely kept and only viewed by us. When scheduling online, a $1 hold may appear on your credit/debit card account. This is a hold, not a charge, and is a necessary part of the card verification process. The hold should disappear by the next day.
